Can I cancel my order? Yes. Contact contact@checkcells.com to cancel your order. Once your kit has shipped, cancellations are no longer available and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I return my test kit for a refund? We provide a full refund only before your test kit ships. After the kit has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. For any questions, reach out to contact@checkcells.com.
What qualifies for a refund? Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. CheckCells will not issue refunds for customer errors or cancellation requests made after the test kit has shipped. Refunds are generally only considered when there has been a shipping issue or a problem with the product itself, and a replacement kit is not needed.
Damaged or defective kits If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
How do I request a return or refund? Email contact@checkcells.com with your order number and reason for the request, and our team will get back to you within 2 business days.
