Packaging Every order ships in packaging that displays the CheckCells name and logo on the outside. The packaging does not describe the contents or the nature of the product beyond the brand name.

Processing and delivery Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, kits typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days with standard carriers. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returning your sample Each kit includes a prepaid return label so you can send your sample to our partner laboratory at no extra cost. Drop it at any carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. For other regions, contact contact@checkcells.com before ordering.

Lost or delayed shipments If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected date, contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.
